Name the property, areas and frequency

State whether the estimate covers a home, office or another property, which areas are included and whether the visit is one-time or recurring. Frequency can change the work plan, so keep it visible.

Keep deep-clean work and add-ons separate

List regular tasks separately from inside appliances, windows, heavy buildup or another requested add-on. This makes revisions easier when the client changes the scope.

Record supplies, access and exclusions

Say who provides supplies and note access assumptions that affect the job. Do not promise tasks that were not inspected or requested. After the work is completed, use the linked cleaning invoice template.

Lines included in this starting point

  • Regular cleaning service
  • Kitchen and bathroom deep clean
  • Inside windows or appliance add-on
  • Cleaning supplies

Replace the examples with the work and prices agreed for the actual job.
